UK delivery of electrical items is free, however there are occasions when a charge applies:

1. After 2 failed delivery attempts a 3rd attempt will incur a charge of £10.00

2. After 2 failed delivery attempts your package is held at city link's depot for 3 working days where you can collect it.  It is then sent back to us at a charge of £10.00

3. Packages returned to us by city link incur a charge of £10.00 but we can arrange for your order to be redelivered at an additional charge of £10.00 (£20.00 in total)

4. If you wish to alter the delivery address AFTER despatch there is a charge of £10.00
